We think that helping teachers advance professionally benefits students’ learning outcomes. A teacher’s professional life must include both excellent training and reflective professional growth. Depending on their goals and experience, we provide teachers with a variety of options, from subject-specific training to professional development certifications.
Our method of training and professional development helps educators become more self-assured, accountable, thoughtful, creative, and engaged. Every teacher at K C HIGH School completes training and an exam in their academic area.
We regularly provide Primary, Secondary, and A level syllabus training sessions. They have a variety of in-person, virtual, and webinar events to select from. Training increases the information and abilities you need to support your students in achieving their academic goals.
Additionally, instructors have access to a secure Teacher Support website. All the resources required to teach our syllabuses are available here, including lesson plans, mark schemes, examiner reports, past exam questions, and work plans. In the discussion boards, they converse with other educators and our subject matter experts.
